**The role**:
Due to our rapid growth we are seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance our media presence across all platforms. In this role we encourage you to take charge and experiment with our growing brand by contributing your own ideas and feedback whilst working collaboratively with our team and freelancers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and planning social media content across a variety of platforms to define and grow our channels
- Creating graphics, lifestyle images and reels of our products and operations.
- Working closely with our photographers, videographers and freelancers to plan and execute content
- Monitor and interact with other social media pages to increase engagement and interaction
- Sourcing and coordinating influencer outreach opportunities
- Writing captions and conducting trending hashtag research
- Analysing social media performance, producing reports and recommendations
- Communicate, respond and monitor customer feedback and reviews

**About you**:

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter) and current trends
- Experience managing social media accounts is required
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills for constructing engaging captions
- Creative drive and vision to pioneer our brand campaign
- Strong eye for detail
- Persistent work ethic
