Black Nova are working with one of Australia’s hidden diamonds in the SaaS market to build their Sales and Tech Teams. A Workforce Health & Safety product that is used by startups to Global 500 & ASX 50 companies to manage their people safety ops and get employees home safely at the end of the day.

**What’s on offer?**

Business Development Rep

They're looking for a BDR to join their Sydney team and drive growth in the region. Working with Sales leaders across AE, VP and Director level, you'll open the doors for their mid-market and enterprise opportunities. If you're innate sales skillset is to find and win opportunities, then you can add tonnes of value.
- Excellent Earning Potential; uncapped, no threshold
- Career development into AE
- Close-knit, high performing team; you won't be a cog in a machine
- A VP of Sales who places huge emphasis on coaching and development, giving the team autonomy to flourish, and support when needed.

**Requirements**:

- New business development skills
- Software or SaaS experience
- SMB vertical experience, Enterprise is a huge bonus
- A consultative selling style; understanding your customers needs and pain points
