**About the Role**
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering expert assistance and resolving a wide range of technical issues. Your responsibilities will include:
Logging and documenting incidents and service requests to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
Collaborating with other technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
Assisting with software installations, updates, and configuration.
Proactively monitoring systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
A current and **ACTIVE NV1** or **NV2 security clearance**
Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Experience with service desk ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
