One of Australia’s leading **Federal Government Departments** is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **Service Desk Analyst **to join their multidisciplinary team based in **Canberra**. Our client is looking to engage a **Service Desk Analyst **who can determine software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems. The successful **Service Desk Analyst **will secure a **12-month contract **with **12-month** extensions with a **rewarding pay rate.**

The successful **Service Desk Analyst **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Ensuring all service support knowledgebase and artefacts, and policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Conducting administration, scrip, and access management tasks where required.
- Developing and maintain key internal and external relationships, including liaising with stakeholders on policy, project or operational issues and responding to stakeholder needs and expectations.

The successful **Service Desk Analyst** will have experience in the following:

- Knowledge and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results on time within the provision of business support arrangements and service desk operations.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Citrix, ITIL.
- Ability to gain an understanding of Australian electoral law and practice.
