**Service Desk Analyst Wanted**

**6 months (12 month extention) $630 - $635 per day**

We have been asked to seek a highly motivated and customer-focused team to join our clients Service Desk. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
- Document and escalate complex incidents to the relevant teams
- Provide remote support to clients and assist with hardware and software installations
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and following up on incidents and requests

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with remote support tools is a plus
