Would you love the opportunity to work in a well respected Orthopaedic Practice in Auchenflower. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience. We are a fast paced practice with multiple Surgeons, General Practitioner and Occupational Therapists.

Our practices are based around Brisbane and the Western Suburbs, some travel may be required to attend our offsite clinics.
- Providing outstanding customer service and a strong skill level on all aspects of a Practice Management
- Experience using medical software (Genie preferred)
- Theatre bookings including surgery quotations (essential) including Health Funds and WorkCover.
- Possess excellent organisational skills, outstanding work ethic and punctuality
- Display outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Have a capacity to perform well in a very busy environment
- The ability to accept responsibility and prioritise tasks and demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation.
- Great troubleshooting skills and IT savvy.

**To be successful in this role it is essential you can demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in a Specialist Medical Practice (Minimum 5 Years)
- An understanding of WorkCover billing and reporting
- A professional approach to work, with exceptional customer care and service skills
- “Can do” attitude and someone who is extremely organised
- Flexible in your approach to all aspects of the Practice and strong attention to detail
- Well-developed time management skills, ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Great organisation skills with a can-do attitude and great team player attributes.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
