**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Care and Administration**:_
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering a warm and professional reception to all visitors.
- Schedule appointments, update bookings, and oversee clinician calendars (Halaxy).
- Ensure accurate maintenance and confidential handling of client records.
- **Practice Maintenance**:_
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment across all clinic areas, including:
- Surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms.
- Vacuuming and tidying
- Kitchen and Stationery Stock
- **Collaboration and Team Support**:_
- Work closely with the Senior Client Care and Practce Coordinator, Practice Manager and clinicians to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assist in implementing administrative processes that enhance the client experience.
- Support clinic events, workshops, and other activities as needed.
- **Quality Improvement**:_
- Stay informed about Therapywell’s policies and procedures, ensuring all duties align with the organisation’s mission and values.
**Selection Criteria**
- **Essential**:_
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Teams, and general computer skills. Familiarity with client management systems is advantageous (Therapywell uses Halaxy).
- Commitment to Therapywell’s values of compassion, inclusivity, and holistic care.
- **Desirable**:_
- Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role, particularly in a healthcare or allied health setting.
- Knowledge of mental health or therapy-related services.
**Remuneration and Benefits**
- $26-$29 per hour + super + PD + benefits, commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
