**About the role**
Our Customer Experience Coordinator leads a dedicated Customer Experience team which strives to develop, implement and continuously improve Council’s customer experience strategies and methodologies. Your main focus will be playing a lead role in delivering customer experience improvement initiatives and projects.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide organisation-wide information regarding customer experience projects, requirements and changes
- Research and report on existing and emerging customer experience engagements and making recommendations for improvement where appropriate
- Work on the development of customer experience business principles for all channels, platforms and media

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A relevant professional qualification and/or substantial equivalent experience
- A relevant post graduate qualification would be advantageous

**About the benefits**
This is a full time, fixed term position until 27 October 2025, Level 8 with a salary commencing at $127,359 plus 12.5% superannuation.
