Customer Services Supervisor

This role requires you to lead and mentor as well as be responsible for coordinating a small team of Customer Service Officers to ensure the team achieves agreed sales targets and business goals.

Most importantly, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining customer relations through training and development in the complete customer solutions function.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service leadership.
- High proficiency in Google Suite, SAP, and other relevant systems.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Train, mentor and coach team members to ensure top performance and be able to address any deficiencies.
- Re-engage with dormant or lost customers to achieve new business.
- Be proactive in coming up with new strategies to constantly achieve allocated budget and sales targets.
- Update pricing strategies and manage customer credit limits.
- Utilise tools, processes, and procedures to provide timely quotations, tender reviews, and contract compliance.
- Set an example by keeping inline with company values, complying with relevant legislation and attending training programs.
