**Job Title**: Mac Expert / macOS IT Specialist

**About Us**

We are an [IT Services / Digital Marketing / Tech Support] company providing comprehensive technology solutions to businesses and individuals. We are looking for a Mac Expert with strong experience in macOS environments, Apple ecosystem management, and troubleshooting to support our clients and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide advanced support for macOS, iOS, and Apple ecosystem devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Mac hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, backups, and security settings across Mac environments.
- Set up and maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions for Apple devices.
- Assist with network connectivity, cloud services (iCloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and cross-platform integration.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
- Document technical issues and create knowledge base articles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mac Expert / macOS IT Specialist / Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, Apple ID management, and Apple ecosystem integrations.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune for macOS).
- Experience with networking, VPNs, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- [Optional] Relevant Apple certifications (ACSP, ACTC, ACMT) are a plus.
