**About the position**

As the newest Help Desk Analyst, you'll be supporting the business for all inbound support questions and enquiries. We are fast paced and growing - so you could be doing anything from setting up new starters, supporting new enquiries or following up on relevant processes and procedures.

This position is based in our Sydney head office with some on call work that is allocated on a rotational basis within the team.

**What your day-to-day might look like**
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all Winning Group staff - our help desk team are much loved across the company
- Configure new desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals as required
- Accurately review Help Desk processes and share ideas for continuous improvement
- Ensure all records and notes on enquiries and resolutions are kept up-to-date

**What about you?**
- 1 - 3 years of experience working in a ITIL aligned service desk in a technical support role, or other relevant experience
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, OSC, Chrome OS and mobile devices
- Experience supporting VoIP, PABX phone systems
- Excellent communication, problem solving, decision making and organisational skills
- A relevant IT degree or qualification, or relevant experience within the field
