The role is a hybrid model wfh and be at the south west Sydney site when required.

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the business on all IT operations via an ITIL based model. The role will be collaborating with the IT Service Delivery Manager in order ensure the operational status of all core and non-core systems are performed in a consistent manner along with an ability to gather, document and test any business requirements related to changes to system delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support outside normal business hours, and within an on-call roster.
- Engage and support 3PL and transport providers in consistent use of systems and processes to ensure quality service.
- ITIL based logging of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management items.
- Track pending incidents, plan and execute a resolution based on priority and provide status and resolution reporting of all issues including root cause/problem analysis

**Key experience and specific skills**:

- Helpdesk support processes, issue triage, analysis, and requirements. Microsoft Windows desktop support skills. Technical system administration capabilities
- Assist with security audits, risk assessments and compliance of the company and it’s suppliers.
- Any operational exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms and additionally cloud security related platforms
- Exposure to ISO or ITIL based service management support methodologies.
- Exposure to Security Operations Centres (SOC) processes
