Join Toll Group Adelaide in this newly created Compliance Manager role. Reporting into the Regional Manager for Minerals Oil and Gas you will join a collaborative and forward thinking team, excited to work together to make a significant impact to their business unit.

With 2 direct reports, a Driver Trainer and a Compliance administrator, together you will ensure compliance requirements are fully met and maintained including Chain of Responsibility, Mass, Maintenance, Fatigue Management and all other legal/regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to revamp processes and lead innovation implementing best practise activities for our Adelaide Transport and Warehouse operations.

- Accountabilities for this role will include:
- Contribute to achievement of strategy by working effectively to daily routines or plans and varying activities according to changing priorities and business needs.- Identify and recommend innovations to improve work practices, business equipment or systems and the workplace.- Contribute ideas to improve the experience of customers, key stakeholders and grow the business.- Carry out business services work and exercise significant judgement in non-standard situations to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and customer service and sustainability in safety and the environment.- Contribute to quality results for the business by ensuring achievement of business services results in own area.- Proactively manage business process hand-offs between own activity and other areas.

In order to succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:
- Minimum Year 12 Certificate of Education or equivalent- Driver’s licence (car)- Audit qualifications preferred e.g. Internal Auditor- Relevant accreditation qualifications TLIF0006

Technical/Professional Skills required- Attention to detail- Ability to make and execute effective decisions- Able to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality at all times- Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities effectively- Effective time management and self-discipline- NHVAS Knowledge
