Multi-disciplined, the team partners closely with high-profile commercial, social and government clients across industries from education to healthcare, technology, and services. Their insights inform strategies, communications and policies with projects from customer experience, reputation and community impact to behavioural change, segmentation, and policy evaluation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build close client relationships with social, government and commercial clients
- Explore and diagnose business problems
- Design and manage fieldwork
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover patterns
- Design evidence-based interventions and recommendations that solve problems
- Inspire clients to action
- Support and mentor up-and-coming team membersYou must have prior consulting experience in market research, management consulting and behavioral insights.

And confidence in managing projects from the proposal through to final delivery. We’re looking for consultants equally comfortable designing questionnaires, running qualitative fieldwork, and getting stuck into the nitty-gritty of data analysis as they deliver presentations to C-suite executives.
