**Job Description**:
We're looking for an experienced Service Coordinator with a keen eye for detail to join our Global Service team for 9 months (fixed term contract). Our Service team is responsible for ensuring our cameras and other hardware devices are working and in the right place to execute our image capture programs as scheduled.
You'll work closely with the Manufacturing team, the Global Service Manager and regional Service teams, alongside external vendors, to coordinate supplies of serviceable parts to ensuring acceptable levels are held across all locations. You’ll maintain various systems and trackers ensuring an accurate picture of where our assets are.
A typical day for you might involve:
- Working with the Global Service Manager to ensure spare parts are maintained and ready for immediate deployment i.e. correct settings and software.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts across all regional bases of operations in accordance with demand.
- Keeping asset tracking records up to date, including working with the Service and Manufacturing teams to ensure their records are kept up to date.
- Ensuring repairs are prioritized appropriately and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Asset Management platforms as Systems Admin/domain expert.
**Qualifications**:
This role is about following processes, managing workflows, updating systems and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you'll have experience in a similar role (coordinating and tracking hardware/devices or spare parts, organising repairs with external vendors as well as working with internal teams to determine and maintain appropriate levels of parts/devices and other assets across multiple locations).
If you haven't had experience in a similar role but can demonstrate experience in role that requires you to be process and systems driven (preferably within and IT/tech environment), with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd encourage you to apply.
Additionally, you'll need to have:
- Sound Excel skills, experience with JIRA/Confluence is preferred.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining data quality in asset management systems or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role is open to full time (5 days) or part-time (4 days is preferable).
