**Job Description**:
We're looking for a passionate Service Operations Coordinator with a keen eye for detail to join our high performing Global Service team in this 9 month fixed-term role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Manufacturing team, the Global Service Manager and regional Service teams, alongside external vendors to coordinate appropriate supplies of serviceable parts at acceptable levels across all locations.

Additionally you will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the asset tracker and spare parts management system, ensuring data quality is maintained.

One of your core duties will to assess workflows and processes to ensure best practices are being maintained alongside analysing trends to help inform planning and other Service decisions.

A typical day for you might look like
- Maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts across all regional bases of operations in accordance with demand by monitoring operating models
- Working with the Global Service Manager to ensure spare parts are maintained such that they are ready for immediate deployment i.e. correct settings and software
- Monitoring the status and location of items, and liaising with local Service Teams to ensure these are being progressed through the correct workflows
- Working closely with Manufacturing regarding internal repairs
- Working closely with external vendors and service organisations regarding external repairs
- Ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner and are prioritised according to importance
- Identifying fault trends to inform planning decisions
- Keeping asset tracking records up to date when appropriate, including working with the Service and Manufacturing teams to ensure records are kept up to date
- Maintaining Asset Management platforms as Systems Admin / domain expert
- Identifying and coordinating improvements to processes and workflows relating to Spares, Repairs and Asset Management

**Qualifications**:

- Process-driven analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with JIRA & Confluence highly desirable
- Excellent Excel and spreadsheet management skills
- Experience managing spare parts, including coordinating service and repairs with external vendors highly desirable
- Proven ability to analyse processes and workflows and implement improvements
- Experience monitoring and maintaining data quality in asset management systems
- Experience determining and maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts or other assets in multiple locations highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in the field of Engineering, IT or Business related field highly desirable
