Covering system and network operations and availability, maintenance, configuration security and user support, the Team Leader will work with the team to implement best practice, optimise team efficiencies and provide technical guidance to stakeholders. If this sounds like you, click "apply" to be taken directly to our careers page to download our Position Description and obtain more information. **About You** - Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, cybersecurity, or related discipline - At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, service, project management, and familiarity with data centres, multiple cloud providers (Azure, AWS, VMWare, Hyper-V), and SaaS integrations. - Comprehensive experience in operations and management of infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud), end-user compute services, security operations, service management processes, datacentre, telecommunications, mobility services, and server administration (Windows - Windows Server 2012 R2-2019). - Knowledge and experience in working with IT security policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, Essential 8, NIST or equivalent. - Knowledge and experience in Network Security (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Anti-Malware), Active Directory, Access Control, O365 & Azure, vulnerability scanning and patching. - Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams in fast-paced environments. **Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
