Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you have experience managing teams and driving results within a trade based environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire a team of 8 Customer Service Representatives.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer needs.
- Develop and implement service strategies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer expectations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven leadership experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of building supplies industry (desirable).
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
