We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a unique and pivotal role that blends the thrill of new business development (BDM) with the strategic nurturing of existing client relationships (Account Management).

You will be the face of Local Hire, responsible for growing our market presence while ensuring our current clients receive an unparalleled service experience. If you are a hunter and a farmer, with a passion for the equipment industry and building lasting partnerships, this is your perfect role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Business Development (The Hunter):**

*   Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the SEQ region.

*   Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new market segments and industries.

*   Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and attending industry events.

*   Understand client project needs and present tailored equipment solutions that drive value and efficiency.

**Account Management (The Farmer):**

*   Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing key accounts.

*   Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.

*   Proactively manage client needs, from routine orders to complex, multi-equipment project requirements.

*   Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery from quote to hire completion.

**The Role Overall:**

*   Prepare and present professional quotes and tenders.

*   Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.

*   Maintain deep product knowledge across our Access, Power, and Material Handling ranges.

*   Utilise our CRM to accurately track all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications.
