**What this job involves**:
Working onsite with one of JLL’s major client accounts, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high quality executive support and administration assistance to Executive Director and wider leadership team and account.
**Snapshot of the role**:
Screen and attend to a broad range of confidential and sensitive enquiries and telephone requests
Travel arrangements
Administer, proof read and draft correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting documentation
Assisting in the co-ordination of marketing campaigns. This includes but is not limited to drafting submissions, information memorandums and brochures
Coordinate smooth and secure onboarding and offboarding of team members
Accounts management
Event management
Skills & Experience
Previous high-level experience supporting a senior executive, or team
Highly-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to take on true executive assistant-style challenges and tasks, which would involve quick thinking, problem solving and influencing both internally and externally
Highly organised with the ability to track multiple schedules, projects and assignment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
