**What is unique about you?**:
You have at least 5 years of corporate experience supporting and assisting a team which you can utilise to provide executives with synergised support. As a solution-oriented individual, you strive to get answers to any problem with unparallel perfection and motivation. Being highly organised will be beneficial as you keep track of your team’s day as well as ensuring executives are where they need to be As a natural people person, you will motivate everyone around you as you create a cohesive work environment, ensuring inclusivity and support when needed. Your attention to detail will be vital as the team will depend on it to run smoothly.

**A snapshot of your role.**:

- Manage an extensive diary for team and executives, including coordination of internal and external meetings and calls
- Collate accurate monthly expense reports for a team of investment bankers and manage travel and daily expenses
- Perform daily administrative duties using advanced Outlook and Microsoft office skills, including creating documentation and preparing presentations
- Be the first point of contact for clients and construct a professional relationship with all stakeholders
- Coordinate couriers and outgoing mail while assisting colleagues with duties during absences
