We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Officer to support our Accounting / Finance team.

The role will be comprised of:

- Organizing and coordinating the client billing process with our client service team.
- Prepare draft billing in a timely manner with client billing requirements and rates accuracy.
- Send finalized bills to clients and file associated correspondence.
- Maintain current documentation of client requirements and billing practices.
- Proactively develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with client inquiries (internal & external) when required
- Other duties as required by management.

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone who is values-driven, passionate, and someone who’s eager to develop the Finance / Accounting profession.

In addition to the above, you will possess the following skills:

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Effective time management
- A proactive and can-do attitude
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills (V lookups/Pivot tables)
- ERP systems, SAP experience preferred (but not essential)
- Attention to detail
