**About the role**
Support delivery of day-to-day financial transactions for the Department. Including financial administrative support for lead up to and during EOFY. Manage the processing of invoices on behalf of the department. Processing a high volume of invoices, and this position is responsible for ensuring that the operators and vendors get paid on time.

**About the Team**
The Team you are joining is a high functioning and performing team amongst a leading NSW Government agency.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Invoice processing
- Raising PO and basic reporting
- Data entry and processing
- Creating and amending invoices in SAP
- Budget reconciliation
- Creating new vendors/customers in the system
- Accounts Payable - processing invoices from vendors
- Some qualification and experience in Accounts Payable

**About you**
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Officer or similar role
- Government experience beneficial
- Experience with SAP essential
- Available for immediate start
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Intermediate knowledge of excel
- Proficiency in invoice processing, raising purchase orders, financial transactions, month-end activities
