
Customer Service/administration Assistant

As a Customer Service Administration Assistance at Crown Waste Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our customers & contractors providing them with support and information related to our waste management and document destruction services. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with our clients & contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with service requests, including scheduling pickups, and handling service issues.
- Assist sales representatives by inputting data into the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for customer records.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our waste management services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and sales, to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up with customers & contractors to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not necessary; experience in the waste management or related industry is also a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $26.65 - $38.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Inbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 2 years (preferred)
