Are you ready to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth in a business set to build 10,000 homes by 2030?

We’re looking for an experienced **Regional** **Sales Manager,** with proven success working with a volume residential builder, to help shape strategy, inspire a talented team, and deliver exceptional results for our customers in South East QLD.

**What you’ll do**:
As **Regional** **Sales Manager**, you will:

- Drive team development and foster an engaging high-performance team culture.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the team to exceed targets and drive business growth.
- Shape the sales strategy and customer experience in line with our ambitious goals.
- Collaborate with operational and functional teams to create seamless customer journeys from the first display home visit to handover.
- Identify market opportunities and make strategic decisions to keep us the builder of choice for Queensland families.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven sales experience is essential, with a minimum of five (5) years working with a volume residential builder.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
- A strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and performance
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team of ten (10) or more.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry guidelines
- Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership and coaching skills
- Well versed using CRM tools and using data to inform decision-making.
