**Your Role**:
As the Manager Subcontracts, you will take charge of the NGA Operating Unit (OU) Subcontracts team, leading talented members across various programs and captures. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all SMS program subcontracts deliver value for money to Northrop Grumman and our customer, while aligning with the agreed strategies and outcomes for the OU and program. Additionally, you will oversee compliance with all company documentation requirements, before, during, and after negotiations with suppliers.

Moreover, you will design, maintain, and administer systems essential for the efficient, effective implementation and management of existing and new subcontracts, as well as sophisticated supplier agreements for new business and program extensions.

You are a subcontract management guru, with extensive experience in leading the lifecycle of subcontracts and sophisticated supplier agreements. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills are second to none, empowering you to negotiate contracts effectively on behalf of NGA. You are adept at ensuring supplier performance meets contractual KPIs and excel at fostering positive, ongoing relationships with our suppliers.

A background with the Department of Defence ASDEFCON is a major plus, though not strictly necessary.

This position reports to Australia-Fortitude Valley, Queensland, AUS, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 5 locations listed above.
