**What this job involves**:
We are currently seeking an organised and dedicated team member to join our Commercial Sales and Leasing teams to provide ongoing administration, marketing and coordination support within the company. In this diverse, fast-paced, varied and inclusive role you will provide hands-on support to the Agency teams within a busy and dynamic environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise a combination of your administration, organisation and marketing skills to progress your career within a global property business.

This is a full-time permanent role with flexible working arrangements to accommodate outside of work commitments.

**Here’s a snapshot of the role**:
Liaise with marketing agencies in preparation of property marketing materials
Assist with organisation of events, functions and client presentations
Prepare documents and forms including agency agreements, letters, reports
Utilise your marketing and design skills in the preparation of property marketing material
Use property databases to search for property details (training will be provided)
Process deposit cheques and trust releases
Preparation of meetings - agenda, minutes, travel, booking rooms and catering
Assist in preparation of correspondence, reports and new proposals
Routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns and mailouts/e-brochures
Organise travel and accommodation

This role is all about organisation and customer service and where you will become an integral part of a highly successful property team
You’ll also have strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and display adequate typing skills expected for a role like this
Experience in dealing with a diverse range of personalities and work pressures.
