Job Purpose:_**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated team member to provide support across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and general People and Culture coordination tasks. This is a rare opportunity to expand your capabilities within the area of People and Culture, in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

**_Your focus will be:_**
- Manage the employee lifecycle process including employee onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, performance appraisal administration process, and training record management etc.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting.
- Administer monthly Payroll.
- Coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Administering and coordinating learning and development activities.
- Assisting with People and Culture projects as required.
- Providing general administrative support to the People and Culture team.
- Administering Workers' Compensation paperwork.

**_To be successful, you will have:_**
- Obtained or working towards a qualification in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years work experience in an administrative capacity, with strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in People and Culture while immersing yourself in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

While standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, the nature of the event industry means you will be required to work outside these hours, particularly during events held at Optus Stadium and the surrounding Stadium Park.
