**About the role**

We are seeking a driven and collaborative People & Culture Advisor to join our high performing People & Culture team. Based in Perth, and part of our national P&C team, this role calls for someone who can confidently engage with and support stakeholders nationally, supporting teams in both Perth and Brisbane.

Reporting to the P&C Director, you’ll provide generalist P&C support across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, executing and supporting the annual performance cycle, exits and P&C projects. You’ll also take ownership of our Perth graduate and vacation clerkship programs.

This is a true generalist role suited to someone who is happy to be hands on while also undertaking strategic work and is passionate about delivering exceptional internal client service. The role is responsible for:

- Providing P&C support and advice to designated client groups
- Supporting the P&C Director and Partners with employee relations & performance matters
- Managing end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers
- Maintaining employee records in line with legislative requirements
- Preparing documentation and managing employee changes via the HRIS system
- Provide general advice on policy interpretation and legislation
- Advise on standard payroll matters and prepare payroll for our outsourced provider
- Support and lead key P&C projects and initiatives
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Some basic WHS coordination (ie. first aid officers)

**About you**

You’re a proactive and collaborative HR professional, ready to take the next step in your career as part of a team where your input and ideas are valued. We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have 4+ years’ experience in a similar role (ideally within professional services)
- Have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
- Have experience in legal or professional services (desired)
- Navigate competing demands and stakeholder needs with clarity and focus
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Strengthen relationships by being responsive, approachable, and reliable
- Experience with system administration of Employment Hero or a similar HRIS will be an advantage
