**People & Culture Administrator**
**Job description**:
- Prepare regular HC reports and adhoc requests
- Manage the completion of new starter, leavers and change of statues requests
- Administer and coordinate contractor workforce, including personnel agency coordination, PO creation and invoice processing
- Process and coordinate approval of relevant HR forms/paperwork (e.g. recruitment, change of status, 9-day fortnight forms, recognition awards)
- Draft, format and process P&C procedures
- Maintain company organisation charts
- Maintain the supply of P&C paraphernalia for new starter employment packs and employee benefit
- brochures/flyers etc
- Administer employee benefits (gym membership, Smartrider allowance, staff anniversary awards etc.)
- Maintain all personnel files
- Ensure data integrity across all HR systems
- Provide technical support to the business in relation to all P&C systems in a timely and professional manner,
- Manage travel as required for department and employee mobility
- Raise Purchase Orders, and receipt invoices for department as required
- Manage recruitment and onboarding admin duties, including approvals, due diligence, offers,interviews, employee contracts and contractor confirmations
**You are meant for this job if**:
- Year Ten or equivalent
- Studying towards a HR qualification would be of advantage
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio to an intermediate standard
- Excellent organisational and time management/prioritisation skills
- Discretion in dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature
- Willingness to tackle all kinds of tasks
