We’re on the hunt for a friendly, reliable and proactive **Office Coordinator **for our corporate office located in the leafy northern Sydney area of **McMahons Point**. This role is well suited to someone with a customer service focus who is excellent at multi-tasking and supporting a dynamic office environment where no two days are the same.

As the heart of the office, the Office Coordinator plays a vital role in the day to day but also has a very important role in contributing to and enhancing our office culture. The Office Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Office Manager/Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the office and support broader office related events and activities.

**Key duties**
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming style of service to clients, visitors and employees at all times
- Support teams with various administrative and reception tasks including organising couriers and catering
- Monitor and maintain office supply stocks in the office such as tea, coffee and stationery
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Support the Office Manager as required

We are looking for a switched on and experienced Office Coordinator who can make this role their own. This is a varied role so we are looking for someone to can juggle priorities and has the ability to multitask whilst still providing impeccable customer service to all guests and internal staff, with ability to demonstrate experience in the below:

- Previous experience within an Administration role
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
