**Your new role**

You will lead the Marketing and Communications strategy for the Company. Your role is critical in maintaining and growing the organisation's brand, supporter base and reach across Australia.

You will be the brand guardian, taking pride in how we are represented for consumers across all channels, with a unified communications strategy. You will be the key driving force behind our marketing strategy for our ongoing growth and innovation strategies.
- Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, through to implementation and execution.
- Create and publish of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Manage and maintain all social media channels and content in line with company objectives and target markets, e.g. website, Linkedln, Tender proposal design, etc.
- Design and implement best-in-class tracking of all web activity and leads.
- Run effective marketing campaigns which deliver the Company's key messages, and brand collateral to the target channels and industry sectors.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Oversee the company's marketing budget.
- Receive and distribute to the relevant parties all tender documentation.
- Keep up to date with relevant industrial regulations and changes to statutory charges.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Create a wide range of different marketing material and on all agreed platforms.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

**What you'll need to succeed**
- lnDesign experience and capability
- Ability to write creative and persuasive tenders/bids is essential as is the ability to be flexible with availability
- Ability to build tailor made service models for tenders and related documents.
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Time management ability, coupled with the tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to ensure others meet deadlines.
- Experience in the coordination and preparation of submissions and tender response documents.
