A newly created role for an experienced, passionate Marketeer to promote our brand and build out our marketing and communications capability.

You’ll play a crucial part in the growth of the business, developing marketing, communication and brand awareness plans, driving the campaigns and initiatives that will build brand awareness and internal comms.

This is a hands-on role with the responsibility and autonomy to develop our marketing and communications strategy:

- Who we are for our employees
- Personal brand marketing for our leaders
- Bring to life the work we do
- Driving our Executive events and forums
- Developing and designing content for social media campaigns, industry knowledge reports etc

A fast paced, high-performance environment, where supporting the sector and delivering on our clients’ needs are of paramount importance.

**About you**

We’re looking for an experienced marketeer with 5+ years’ experience developing and managing multi-channel brand, communications, and marketing campaigns, supporting with tactical activities as required.

You should have excellent written communication skills, capable of communicating with C-Suite audiences with clarity, impact and influence.

Strong project and budget management and skills, able to deal with competing priorities and concurrent projects whilst still maintaining impeccable attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Understanding the impact of marketing campaigns, presenting on performance, action insights and RoI for continuous improvement.

Experience of working in sales led and professional services environments would be very useful.

Most importantly, a genuine alignment to our vision, purpose and values, and a desire to positively impact the for-purpose sector.
