**Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic team member to join our Learning and Development team Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role is designed to coordinate and deliver training courses and to ensure that all L&D administrative and compliance functions are complete.

**Duties of the role**:

- Update and manage the LMS system for the business to ensure that training administration is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that the content and delivery of our L&D courses are compliant with relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external training companies and organise courses accordingly.
- Monitor, book and follow up on internal and external training for all team members across the Village Roadshow Theme Park group.
- Prepare training materials for training programs as required and ensure training rooms are set up and well stocked.
- Coordinate, facilitate and manage the School Based Traineeship & Apprenticeship programs and complete all paperwork for related incentives.
- In consultation with the P&C Manager, develop and facilitate a range of learning and development courses including Induction, Guest Service and Compliance portfolios for the VRTP group.
- Prepare and issue monthly training calendar for the VRTP group.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment essential.
- Appropriate “lived experience” in a business environment to be able to impart your work experiences during the delivery of in-house training programs.
- Extensive experience delivering a variety of training programs within an internal L&D environment.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt training delivery to suit the targeted audience at all stakeholder levels.
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to various working environments.
- Previous experience in SAP LMS and Page Up People would be advantageous.
