**About the Role - Learning and Development Specialist**

Our remarkable Learning and Development Team has an exciting 12-month secondment opportunity available.

Are you an enthusiastic Facilitator who thrives on designing, developing and delivering world-class training? Do you enjoy coaching and problem-solving through innovative learning solutions? Do you believe in a human-centered leadership approach? - then this his role is for you

This role will focus on training our people on various value-adding training courses including Leadership facilitation. We need someone with strong presentation skills and past facilitation experience to enable you to hit the ground running. This is an opportunity to join a close team of facilitators who are focused on awesome people outcomes.

**About You**
- A growth mindset and a genuine passion and interest to engage and develop our people
- Strong presentation skills with experience in face-to-face, virtual and hybrid delivery models
- Exposure to different learning methodologies
- Confident and highly proficient working on administrative tasks e.g., reporting, training design and implementation
- Experience liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
