Building out a DevOps practice from scratch
- Full autonomy across DevOps/Platform Engineering
- Sydney (Hybrid)

**A rare opportunity to join a scaling, ASX-listed company, stripping back and re-building their DevOps practice from scratch**

**You'll have full autonomy to make your mark and set core foundations with the Senior leadership team.**

**As the Head of DevOps, you'll be responsible for**:

- Overseeing the DevOps practice across the business
- Managing the centralised DevOps team
- Review and enhancements of their CI/CD pipeline builds, build scripts, tests, security tooling and code releases
- The development and growth of the wider global and local DevOps team
- A focus and continued development of DevOps "best practice"
- Network infrastructure, Cloud infra, security, risk and compliance
- Reducing legacy debt, and maintaining operational excellence across their platform with a focus towards cost optimisation.

**Tech Stack includes**:

- AWS
- Kubernetes/Helm
- Terraform
- Jenkins
- Python, Powershell, Puppet
