Sydney, Australia Easy Payroll Global & HR Full time

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Systems.

The daily duties and responsibilities include:

- Design & implement end to end Dynamics 365 delivery
- Optimise business process design using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Execute unit testing in line with specifications
- Use approved technologies and integration tools (API’s) to automate processes and integrate systems within Dynamics CRM
- Work in an agile environment, delivering incremental outputs in short iterations
- Draft technical documentation
- Perform upgrades to Dynamics CRM 365, including remediating any issues discovered
- Provide training to the team on system changes and updates
- Troubleshoot issues associated with workflow or data loads into MS Dynamics 365
- Source and compare vendors capable of supporting the company’s technology stack
- Manage and maintain good relationships with new and existing vendors
- Coordinate IT onboarding for new staff (including training)

**Education** - Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development and demonstrated experience in the configuration of MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps

- Adaptable, self-motivated and can manage stakeholders and competing priorities in an agile environment
- Demonstrated experience working with Azure DevOps
- MS Power BI development experience (highly desirable)
- Experience in Azure Functions, Power Automate, Power BI
- Hands on experience in Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities using C#.Net, JavaScript and Business Rules
