We are seeking an experienced and energetic eCommerce Marketing Manager to create, optimize and grow campaigns, implement retention strategies and utilize data and research to strengthen our brand. We have experienced substantial growth, and now require a creative and analytical team member with a growth mindset and experience across multiple channels. Your goals include: driving awareness, influencing decision making, and crafting a unique strategy that cuts-through.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of Paid campaigns across platforms (Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc) including ideation, setup, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage budgets and drive campaigns to Revenue and ROAS targets.
- Proactively increase the scale and effectiveness of campaign performance. Practice tactical and strategic excellence in digital media management, continuously optimizing all front and back-end attributes of a campaign for maximum performance.
- Implement a rigorous test and learn a strategy to measure traffic, revenue, and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and product teams to scale, test, and grow revenue.
- Create & test funnels and marketing offers for audience segments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing systems.
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.

- Internal eCommerce front-end developer.
- Internal spirits experts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing advertising & marketing budgets upwards of $50k per month.
- 5 years+ creating & optimising Facebook, Adwords & Programmatic media.
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Experience managing agency relationships and reporting across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with creating funnels & offers.
- Excellent command of all marketing tactics, across content channels and social media channels.
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

**Package**:

- Salary will be determined by experience, and may also include employee options in the company.
