Our Ecommerce Tribe needs a digital sales champion who understands what it takes to elevate success, drive growth and continually exceed online targets of our Northern Hemisphere digital business, with a focus on USA. The role would be perfect for a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who leads by example. You will be collaborative and passionate with excellent communication and influencing acumen.

**What will our Ecommerce Manager - Northern Hemisphere be doing?**
- Set key KPI’s and define the long-term trading strategy in order to achieve it.
- Set annual, periodic and weekly sales budget/forecast for the territory.
- Reporting of online sales performance and providing insights for action in weekly and monthly trade meetings.
- The Management and responsibility of the day-to-day commercial performance of the eBoutique including implementation on online promotions, optimisation of homepage real estate, increase in website traffic and conversion rate.
- Track Google Analytics data to make data driven decisions to improve online KPIs.
- Review product stock levels against trading performance to determine risk.
- Support the implementation and management of the digital marketing strategy and development roadmap with a focus on cost efficient conversions, increase in average order value, and positive online sales revenue.
- Support the development, implementation and overall responsibility execution of promotional EDM and loyalty program activities.
- Ensure End to end experience on the website deliveries a high guest experience.
- Work with customer service to ensure any issues or customer concerns are overcome.
- Provide direction to effectively manage the performance and productivity of direct reports.

**Our perfect new Tribe Member possesses**:

- 4+ years in an eCommerce role.
- At least 2 years experience of leading and getting the best out of your team.
- Knowledge of fashion retail is desirable but not essential.
- Experience preferable for Shopify Plus CMS.
- Advanced experience and understanding of Google Analytics.
- Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value.
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changes.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships.
