Sydney, Australia Known Full time

**Known is currently seeking a part time Office Experience Coordinator to create meaningful employee WOW moments, including events, and act as support to People & Culture.**
- Support our P&C team as well as the broader business
- Newly created, Part Time opportunity (24 hrs p/week)
- Flexible office hours but ideally 9am - 3pm, Mon to Thurs

We are an expanding Australian owned technology company with ambitions to become APAC's highest growth omni-channel messaging platform.

Our head office is located in Sydney CBD near Wynyard station. As our main hub of business operations, our employees rely on working in an environment where they feel supported, engaged, and have all the tools necessary to do their best work.

**The Role**

Reporting into our Director of People and Culture and forming a part of our P&C team, this role will play a crucial part in supporting our employee experience through office and event management, executive team support and other administrative tasks.

You’ll be working within a team with a very high standard, incredibly supportive of each other and to other people in the business. We always step up to help each-other out and give honest feedback, working at a pace both individually and collaboratively.

**Key Responsibilities**

It's a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you might find yourself:
**Office Support**
- Providing administrative support to the P&C team and helping to ensure smooth office operations. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, organising office spaces, and facilitating communication between employees and relevant service providers.

**Employee Experience**
- Maintaining a customer first mindset and orientation to ensure you are creating great employee experiences despite conflicting priorities. These experiences are listed below but include coordination of our monthly Company All Hands, End of Year celebrations, leadership and team off sites, and social events.

**Executive Team Support**
- Providing administrative support to the executive team, particularly the CEO and Deputy CEO/GM. Assisting in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports. You may also help prepare presentation materials, draft correspondences, and assist with other administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the executive team.

**Event Coordination**
- Supporting the planning and execution of company events, including team-building activities, social events, and employee celebrations. Assisting in event logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, travel, and ensuring events align with the organisation's culture and values. You’ll also develop event communication materials and coordinate event-related documentation.

**General Administration**
- Other general administration tasks required in relation to office management, employee experience, executive team support and event coordination.

**Skills and Experience**

In order to be successful in this position, you will ideally be:

- Energetic and passionate about creating great experiences.
- Able to work autonomously with a degree of ambiguity, your attention to detail is crucial as is your discretion - you could potentially grow into a P&C role.
- Comfortable with Google suite & Atlassian products, including building out presentations and managing workflows.
- Focused on a super customer orientation i.e from hospitality, front of house/personal assistant, logistics, events, etc.
- If you’ve worked in a tech start up or in P&C coordination, amazing

**Opportunity and Benefits**

You will be part of a global team, which has helped Known become one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the Asia-Pacific. You will be reporting to inclusive managers who use an open-minded agile approach. Your voice will be heard, and you will have the opportunity to grow and make impactful decisions.

You will be working with and alongside the business founders, and you will be part of a dynamic and innovative company within a high growth industry. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to cultivating diversity in our teams. We recognise that the best ideas come from allowing the individual’s unique background, skills, and personality to shine through.
