Taking on this role you will have the opportunity to continue building knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition in a large complex environment. You will utilise your excellent organisational skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships to coordinate information, documents and onboarding logistics, providing project support to the team in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will work with a supportive team in a collaborative environment to help you excel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring the Talent Acquisition inbox, answering queries and assigning cases to the team for action.
- Helping to coordinate and deliver on key ad hoc Talent Acquisition/HR projects such as Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
- Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and enhancement of processes.
- Auditing and ensuring compliance against legislative requirements, HSBC policies, business processes, data accuracy, record management and reporting.
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Previous administration and customer service experience in an agency or in-house role in recruitment or HR administration. Experience in finance or professional services is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for excellence and delivering quality outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills, being self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and effectively problem solve.
- A natural ability to thrive under pressure, manage time effectively and adapt flexibly to change.
- Experience in reporting and database information management an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
