**Specifically, an Onboarding/Lending Team Lead not boxed in by job title**

You will be helping us to shape and deliver this exciting new division. As we launch our bank early next year, we are building out a brand new team to help us know and support our customers from the very beginning. In this role you will be expected to lead, inspire and motivate your team to provide an onboarding and lending experience that helps us to know our customers right from the very beginning and ensures we protect our customers and Bank.

As we enjoy spending time in person with each other, the role will initially be required to attend the office for five days per week during the training and upskilling phase of the role. You will also be required to accommodate shift patterns, which may include weekend work. You will have the opportunity to work in a self-driven environment that prioritises providing an amazing customer experience over KPI’s.

- the start date of this role is Monday 6th January, 2025.

**What matters**
- Previous experience in leading people in a fast-paced environment, fostering a team that is obsessed with providing outstanding levels of customer service
- A proactive, inquisitive and problem-solving nature, with the ability to analyse complex situations and identify solutions that lead to great customer outcomes
- Previous working experience in any of these areas would be highly desirable
- lending origination, credit assessment, loan servicing or arrears & hardship
- Understanding of the Know your Customer (KYC) and Know your Business (KYB) Australian regulatory requirements and best practice in ID verification
