**The Opportunity**

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the attraction, sourcing and recruitment of a remote workforce of online university teachers (eLAs) on behalf of our various university partners. eLAs are at the forefront of our business and are the key to maximising student engagement and results, therefore recruitment of top talent to the eLA role is essential to the OES business.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A tertiary qualification, ideally in HR
- Exposure to high volume, cyclical recruitment
- Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail and working with large amounts of information
- A strong team ethic and willingness to learn from others
- A professional approach to dealing with issues of a confidential nature
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Confidence in dealing with a variety of stakeholders at varying levels within the business and at our University partners
