As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Megaphone. You will be responsible for driving Megaphones hiring process and strategy flow, from the first touch point with Megaphone all the way through to pressing HIRE

**What’s involved day-to-day**
No two days are the same But your role will include:
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
- Implement end-to-end hiring processes
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Crafting of job descriptions
- Filtering incoming applicants through our Hiring platform
- Organising interviews with our hiring managers
- Analysing and optimising recruitment workflows
- Learning and personal development
- Supporting the HR team with the roll out of new systems and processes
- Ensure best practice, innovative methods and processes relating to the recruitment
**Requirements - Experience**
- 2 + years of experience in relevant HR and Recruitment roles
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Stakeholder management
