My client is a leading supplier of architectural lighting in Australia and New Zealand. With a history spanning the last 30 years, and continued growth ahead, there has never been a better time to join this industry leader.
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on the coordination of lighting solutions on multi-million-dollar construction projects. In addition to this, you will support the Sales team and while liaising with external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Coordinating the whole project lifecycle from specification to post installation.
- Coordinating and input of project data into the CRM, developing customer documents, proposals and following up on designs and quotes.
- Communicating and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are reached.
- Ensure project reporting is maintained including forecasting of completion dates and all details are updated via Salesforce CRM.
- Project cost forecasting to ensure the accuracy of projects quotes.
Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role with outstanding attention to detail and a passion for customer relationship management. You will have great organisation skills to compliment your exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. It would be desirable if you have experience in the lighting/design/construction or architecture industries.
