**About the organisation**:
Our client is an employment services provider that offers job search support to disadvantaged jobseekers and people with a disability. Through the delivery of a Federal Government funded program, this organisation focuses on curating relationships across local communities, with a goal of improving employment outcomes and in turn the lives of disadvantaged people.

**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with management experience within the Employment Services sector who strives to achieve their goals and has a proven track record in performance. If you have worked as a manager and have experience of contracts such as Workforce Australia, Jobactive or Disability Employment Services, this may be the role for you

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in a similar management role delivering Employment Services;
- A passion for working with disadvantaged individuals and those living with a disability;
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills;
- Excellent verbal communication skills particularly in negotiation, relationship management and influencing;
- An understanding of the contractual and operational environment of the Employment Services sector, in particular compliance frameworks, service delivery and managing stakeholder relationships;
- The ability to drive performance and keep a team motivated in challenging circumstances;
- Experience in the Employment Services sector and knowledge of the current Workforce Australia and DES contracts (highly regarded);
- A full driving licence; and
- The ability to obtain a current clear Police Check and Working with Children Check.
