**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented operations manager to lead a successful multi-site Pharmacy Group. It is a key role, reporting directly into the board, and will be responsible for leading 3 x sites and approximately 30 team members.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing pharmacy group within SA and further your HR and business skills.

**Key responsibilities**
- Developing and managing budgets
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of each location, Rostering; including hiring new employees and training existing employees to ensure that all operations run smoothly
- Ensuring that all laws and regulations are followed at all times
- Working with pharmacy staff to resolve issues with customers or problems within departments
- Monitoring and managing employee performance at all levels within the organization
- Developing plans for each location to attract new business, retain current customers, and increase revenue from all sources
- Managing employee performance through effective team building and conflict resolution
- Ensuring that all staff members are trained in their roles, including supervisors, managers, and all pharmacy assistants.
- Managing all aspects of the pharmacies operations, including inventory management, purchasing, accounting and human resources

**Not essential, but it would be fantastic if you had**:

- Business operations experience with at least 5 years experience in a pharmacy or retail environment;
- A proven ability to lead and motivate others to achieve common goals;
- Highly organised, with an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and remain calm under pressure;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; and
- Formal qualifications in human resources, business or management.
