The role of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead is to manage the Accounts Receivable balance of the Seeing Machines Group. Success in this role requires the individual to build internal and external relationship to ensure accurate billing, regular cash collection and aged receivable management.
The AR Lead will report to the Finance Manager, Operation.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Managing and prepare monthly billing using NetSuite in accordance with accounting procedures.
- Prepare and process approved credit notes.
- Reconcile customer account statements.
- Provide AR aging reports with particular focus on overdue debt.
- Provide regular updates to finance management on aged debt.
- Ability to provide incoming cash forecast.
- Research and investigate invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly AR Board and Executive report slides.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support aged debt collections process.
- Manage HSBC bank receivables and allocate customer funds daily.
- Prepare and support finance management with ad hoc reports and tasks.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 4+ years' experience managing the end-to-end AR process in a similar sized business
- Experience managing end-to-end AR function
- Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Analytical and high attention to detail
- Professional interpersonal and relationship skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and accounting packages.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate and plan in a fast-paced environment
