- _ Must have either a strong background as a secretary or project management _
- _Experience with Xero and MS Office is a must_

**What work will you do?**
- End-to-end project management;
- Managing bid coordination, team resourcing and financial aspects of each project;
- Point of liaison between the project team and clients;
- Identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects; and
- General administration tasks including invoicing, expense management, travel booking, accounts reconciliation, events and other tasks as required.

**What type of person will be successful?**
- Someone with a background working as a secretary or project manager, ideally within the legal environment;
- High time management or organisation abilities; and
