**The Role**:
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will take ownership of payroll and all related processes, as well as HR administration and records management. Additionally, you will assist the HR team with components of recruitment activities, performance management, training and development, WHS, and various HR projects. No two days are the same

We are looking for a proactive and motivated team member with experience managing payroll and a desire expand their HR skills. Full training and support provided - just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Group End-to-end payroll management - Four entities across Australia and New Zealand
- Monitor, troubleshoot and respond to payroll related enquiries
- Reporting and month end payroll and HR processes
- Superannuationand KiwiSaver lodgements and processing
- Australian Payroll tax and New Zealand IRD lodgements
- Employee documentation and records management
- Distribute incoming HR enquiries
- HRIS lead
- Assist with performance management, training and development and WHS activities
- Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Completion of HR administration
- Support the execution and delivery of HR projects

**Selection Criteria***:

- Payroll management experience
- Possession of a Human Resources qualification, or working towards completion (or equivalent HR experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Discreet and professional approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Process driven and analytical
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Employment Hero and Key Pay (advantageous)
